Nyakuron came from behind to secure a 2-1 victory over Rainbow after trailing by a goal in the first half. The match took place yesterday afternoon at Buluk Playground as part of the 19th round of the local First Division League in Juba.
Rainbow took the lead in the first half with a goal scored by Moyang in the 30th minute.
In the second half, Nyakuron’s player Stephen equalized in the 53rd minute. Just six minutes later, he scored again to secure both his second goal and the win for his team before the final whistle.
With this victory, Nyakuron climbed to sixth place in the standings with 22 points, while Rainbow remained at 33 points, dropping to third place.
Munuki 1 × 0 Viva Star
Munuki secured a crucial win over rivals Viva Star with a narrow 1-0 victory in the 19th round of the league.
The only goal of the match came in stoppage time, with Emmanuel finding the net for Munuki in the third minute of added time.

This victory lifted Munuki to second place in the standings behind league leaders Atlabara, with 37 points. Meanwhile, Viva Star remained in fourth place with 29 points.
Al-Zalzal 1 × 0 Al-Rabita
Al-Zalzal narrowly overcame Al-Rabita with a 1-0 win in their match during the 19th round of the competition.
This marks the second victory for Al-Zalzal over Al-Rabita this season, having previously defeated them 2-0 in the seventh round of the league.

With this result, Al-Zalzal raised their tally to 21 points, placing them in seventh position, while Al-Rabita remained at the bottom of the table with just 9 points.
The 19th round of the league will conclude today with a match between ninth-placed Simba and league leaders Atlabara in the afternoon at Buluk Playground. Meanwhile, Al-Merrikh will have a rest week.
