Juba: Al-Wadi
Holy Family Rumbek temporarily topped the South Sudan Premier League standings after a dominant 6-1 win over their rivals Lion Hunters Yei in the 25th round of the competition.
The six goals for Holy Family were scored by Justin Azuma, who netted four times with a “super hat-trick”, while Daniel Dut added the remaining two goals. Lion Hunters’ lone goal was scored by player Lubim.
With this result, coach Deng Abukalam’s team climbed to the top of the table temporarily with 54 points, while Lion Hunters remained at 14 points in 12th place.
Al-Merreikh Mounts Comeback to Beat Nile City
Al-Merreikh Bentiu came from two goals down to secure a convincing 5-2 victory over Nile City Yambio, as part of the 25th round of the Premier League.

Sudanese striker Mohamed Musa El-Dhai, the league’s top scorer so far, led his team with a hat-trick. Gaitan and Samuel scored the other two goals for Al-Merreikh. Nile City’s goals were both scored by Deng.

With this result, Al-Merreikh raised their tally to 40 points, placing them fourth. Nile City, on the other hand, remained at 4 points and sit at the bottom of the table.
Salam Turns the Tables on Al-Hilal
Salam Aweil came from behind to defeat Al-Hilal Wau 2-1 in the opening match of the 25th round of the Premier League.

Al-Hilal opened the scoring through Rehan Michael. Deng Mao equalized for Salam and later scored the winning goal.

Salam now holds 31 points in eighth place, level on points with Al-Hilal who sit seventh due to goal difference.
Koryom 2 × 1 Lion Hunters
Koryom Bor triumphed 2-1 over Lion Hunters Yei in the closing match of the 24th round of the Premier League.

Both of Koryom’s goals were scored by Kiriya, one of which came from a penalty. Lion Hunters’ goal was netted by Kualang. This win raised Koryom’s tally to 30 points in eighth place, while Lion Hunters stayed at 14 points in 12th.
Jamus Crushes Olympic with Seven-Goal Rout
Jamus Juba inflicted a heavy 7-1 defeat on Olympic Renk in the 24th round of the Premier League.

The team’s foreign players shined as Cameroonian George Rodriguez scored a hat-trick. Sudanese players Mohamed Adel (2 goals), captain Mohamed Kasra, and Ahmed Khalid scored the rest. Aban Fadhul scored Olympic’s sole goal.

With this result, Jamus climbed to 51 points, taking third place in the standings. Olympic remains at 20 points in 10th place.
