Governor of Upper Nile State Visits Renk County, Reaffirms Government’s Commitment to Serving Citizens

H.E. Jacob Dollar Ruot, Governor of Upper Nile State, paid an official visit to Renk County on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, as part of his ongoing tour to strengthen communication and coordination with counties across the state.

Upon his arrival, the Governor was formally received by the Commissioner of Renk County, Hon. Ding Deng Lueth, alongside senior county officials, traditional leaders, youth, women, and members of the local community. The reception reflected strong cooperation and mutual respect between the state and county leadership.

The Governor was accompanied by several state ministers and senior officials from the Upper Nile State Government, highlighting the importance of the visit and the government’s commitment to coordinated service delivery, as well as promoting peace and development across the counties.

Commissioner Hon. Ding Deng Lueth welcomed the Governor and his delegation, expressing appreciation for the visit and reaffirming the county administration’s commitment to working closely with the state government to strengthen stability, peace, and development efforts in Renk.
