Aweil United has secured a spot in the second round of the South Sudan National Cup after a 2-0 victory over Al-Merrikh Twic. The match, part of the first-round second leg for Group A, was held at Al-Hurriya Stadium in Rumbek.

The first leg between the two teams had ended in a 1-1 draw, allowing Aweil United to advance with a 3-1 aggregate score.

Today, Ghazala Wau will face off against Majok Ajwang and Angok in the second leg of their first-round clash at Al-Hurriya Stadium in the afternoon. Majok Ajwang had won the first leg 2-1.

Koryom renews dominance over Atlabara

Koryom Bor once again asserted its superiority over its rival Atlabara Yei, securing a 4-1 victory in the second leg of the first round of the tournament yesterday afternoon at Bulluk Playground.

Koryom had previously won the first leg with a score of 6-1, allowing the Bor champions to advance to the second round of the tournament with a 10-2 aggregate win.
