Jel Al Salam booked their ticket to the quarterfinals of the local South Sudan Cup tournament in Malakal. After a big and wide 7/0 victory over their rival Al Madina team. In the second round of the tournament.

Jil Al Salam joined Al Hilal, Young Star, Super Eagle, Al Salam and Simba in the quarterfinals of the tournament.

In the final match of the second round of the tournament, Lual Yak and Abu Shok will meet in the afternoon at Malakal Stadium.
