Abyei Super Eagle advances to the final of the South Sudan Local Cup

Defending champions Abyei Super Eagle have qualified for the final of the South Sudan Local Cup in Abyei for the 2024-2025 season.

In the first semi-final match of the tournament, Abyei Super Eagle defeated Amadjang 3-0.

The first half of the match ended in a goalless draw.

Sella opened the scoring for Abiye Super Eagle in the 63rd minute of the match. The same player then added his second goal for his team in the 85th minute.

In stoppage time, Sella scored his third goal of the match (hat-trick). The team advances to the final match of the tournament against El Nile Ibetok.

Mading Achueng 3/1 Galb Alased

Mading Achueng joined Abyei Super Eagle, Amadjang and Nile Abethook in the semi-finals of this season’s South Sudan Local Cup in Abyei. After beating their rivals Galb Alased 3/1 in the quarterfinal round at the Mulul Playground.

The second semi-final match will be played today at noon at the Mulul Playground. between Madang Achueng and Nile Abethook.
