Bentiu – Al-Wadi Newspaper
The Governor of Unity State, Riek Bim Top, conducted an inspection tour covering the outskirts of Bentiu town and the suburbs of Rubkona town, as part of the state government’s commitment to monitoring citizens’ conditions and strengthening stability and basic services.
The visit aimed to assess firsthand the situation of civilian populations living outside the main urban centers, including the areas of Bieh, Thoan, and Pakur, and to identify their needs and the challenges they face.
The tour also included Bentiu State Hospital, where the Governor reviewed the health situation, the level of medical services provided to patients, and the challenges facing the health sector at this stage.
The state government affirmed that such field visits come within the framework of ongoing efforts to enhance security, improve the delivery of essential services, and ensure an effective response to the needs of citizens across various areas.
