Foreign Minister Meets with Russian SNP Group President to Discuss Cooperation Opportunities in Oil, Energy, and Infrastructure

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Monday Semaya K. Kumba, met with the President of Russia’s SNP International Petroleum Group, Renat Magomedshezi, at his office in the capital, Juba, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between South Sudan and the Russian company.

The meeting focused on potential areas of collaboration in the oil and energy sectors, as well as social infrastructure development, aiming to contribute to the country’s overall development.

Minister Kumba reaffirmed the Government of South Sudan’s commitment to supporting partnerships with international companies and enhancing joint efforts to achieve sustainable development in these three critical sectors.
