In a Thrilling Victory, Bentiu City Surprises Salaam

Bentiu City pulled off an exciting win against Salaam Aweil with a 3-2 scoreline in the 24th round of the Premier League yesterday afternoon at Juba National Stadium.

Nigerian player Valentino Eze shone brightly, scoring two goals, with another goal added by player Shar Shoul. Salaam’s two goals came from Ngor and Mahmoud.

With this result, Bentiu City raised their tally to 16 points, placing them in 11th position on the league table. Salaam remained at 28 points, holding 8th place in the standings.

With Two Goals, Al-Hilal Turns the Tables on League Leaders Kator

Al-Hilal Wau staged a dramatic turnaround against league leaders Kator Juba, securing a 2-0 win in the 24th round of the Premier League.

Al-Hilal’s goals were both scored by their standout striker Akot Akot.

Kator was forced to finish the match with ten players after Malish Jamal was sent off with a red card.

Al-Hilal Wau’s goalkeeper Emmanuel Toby was named Man of the Match.

With this result, Al-Hilal raised their total to 31 points, moving into 7th place. Kator remains at the top of the standings with 53 points.

Two matches are scheduled for today. The first kicks off at 1 p.m., featuring a clash between strugglers Young Star Torit and Al-Malakia Juba. The second is the round’s highlight, with Al-Merreikh Bentiu facing Holy Family Rumbek in the afternoon. Both matches will take place at Juba National Stadium.
