Indian Peacekeepers Assess Security and Build Community Trust in Bor, South Sudan

As part of their peacekeeping mandate, a contingent from the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (#UNMISS) comprising Indian 🇮🇳 personnel conducted field patrols in the areas of Gumuruk and Manyabol within the greater Bor administrative region 🇸🇸.

These patrols aimed to assess the prevailing security conditions while also fostering trust by engaging directly with local communities. Through their visible presence and community interactions, the peacekeepers are working to promote stability and support peaceful coexistence in the region.
