Koryom continue their winning streak with another win over Young Star

Koryom Bor won their second consecutive victory in the South Sudan Premier League in its first edition, at the expense of rivals Young Star Torit in a match that ended a few minutes ago, in the first round of the tournament.


Koryom scored the first goal through their striker Sudan in the 14th minute. The first half of the match ended with a scoreless first half.


In the second half, in the 83rd minute, Kirya increased Korum’s lead with a second goal.
The game remained the same until the referee announced the end of the match with Koryom winning by two goals without reply.Koryom Bor inflicted a second defeat on Young Star Torit.


They were beaten 2-0 by Lion Hunters Yei in the first round of the tournament.
With this result, Koryom increased their points tally to 6, while Young Istar remain unbeaten pending their third round match against Wajuma Aweil.


Tomorrow, Salam Aweil and Hilal Wau will meet in the second round of the tournament in the afternoon at the Juba National Stadium.
