Mousa Deng Resigns as Coach of Bentiu City

Coach Mousa Deng has submitted a sudden resignation to the management of Bentiu City Club. The club announced the news in a post on its Facebook page.

This resignation comes less than three days before Bentiu City’s final match in the South Sudan Local Cup Championship in Bentiu for this season.

In its statement, the club said, “The coach faced several issues, including some players disobeying his instructions.” The club management urged fans to remain calm and patient, assuring them that matters are under control.

The club added that it would work to investigate the causes of this issue and address them following the championship final next Saturday.

The management of Bentiu City Club has appointed Coach Jerry Malual to take over temporarily in preparation for the final match of the South Sudan Local Cup Championship in Bentiu.
