Arsenal crush Sporting Lisbon with five goals in Champions League

Arsenal defeated Sporting Lisbon by five goals to one in the match held in the fifth round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League for the 2024-2025 season.

The match was held at the Jose Alvalade Stadium between Sporting Lisbon and Arsenal in the Champions League.

Gabriel Martinelli scored in the seventh minute, Kai Havertz scored in the 22nd minute, and Gabriel dos Santos scored the third goal in the 45+1 minute.

The fourth goal was scored by Bukayo Saka in the 65th minute from a penalty kick, and the fifth goal was scored by Leandro Trossard in the 82nd minute.

Arsenal are seventh in the UEFA Champions League standings with 10 points after 5 matches.

Sporting Lisbon is eighth in the standings with 10 points after 5 matches.
