Amadjang beats Nile Abethook on its way to the title

Amadjang secured their place in the fourth round of this season’s South Sudan Local Cup in Abyei, after they won on penalties 6/5 against Nile Abethook in the third round match at the Mulmul Playground.

The first half of the match ended in a goalless draw. Bar wasted the lead for Nile Abethook by missing a penalty kick that was awarded to his team. He scored in the first time, but the referee decided to replay it only to miss it strangely.

The third round of the tournament continues today with a match between Taj Alei and defending champions Abyei Super Eagle at noon at the Mulmul Playground.

Six clubs have qualified for this round and will face each other. The three winning clubs plus the best loser will advance to the semifinals of the tournament.

Black Star 0 / 2 Lionheart

Lionheart advanced to the fourth round of the tournament by defeating rival Black Star by two goals to nil. In the third round of the tournament.

Galb Alased goals were scored by Maboto in both halves of the match. The team will now face Meding Achueng in the fourth round of the tournament.
