Foreign Minister Receives UK Ambassador to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Mr. Monday Semaya K. Kumba, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of South Sudan, received this morning H.E. David Ashley, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to South Sudan, on an official courtesy visit.

During the meeting, the two officials held a productive and constructive dialogue focusing on ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest, promoting the welfare of both peoples and reinforcing the friendship between Juba and London.

Both sides emphasized the importance of increasing joint coordination on diplomatic, political, and economic matters, reflecting their commitment to developing a sustainable strategic partnership that serves the long-term interests of both nations.
