Juba – Al-Wadi
Jamus Juba secured a resounding 5-1 victory over Hilal Wau in a rescheduled match from Round 17 of the South Sudan Premier League.

This victory marked Jamus’s crowning as champions of the inaugural edition of the South Sudan Premier League, completing an undefeated season with 21 wins and 5 draws. The team has had an exceptional run of success, beginning with their national South Sudan Cup triumph—while still a second-division club.

With this most prestigious title, Jamus adds another trophy to its collection, alongside its previous four championships: two South Sudan National Cups, one National Super Cup, and one Local Super Cup.

As champions, Jamus will represent the country in the CAF Champions League, while Kator will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Al-Merrikh Clinches Third Place After Crushing Wajuma
Al-Merrikh Bentiu secured third place in the league table after a commanding 5-0 win over Wajuma Aweil in a rescheduled match from Round 15.

Goals came from:
- Nigerian forward Samuel Akinbinu (2 goals)
- Sudanese striker Mohamed Musa Al-Dhai (2 goals)
- Tot Maet (1 goal)

With this win, Al-Merrikh locked down third place with 58 points, while Wajuma remained in 7th place with 35 points.
Koryom Stages Dramatic Comeback to Thrash Nile City 8–4
In a marathon match, Koryom Bor roared back and overwhelmed Nile City Yambio 8–4 in a rescheduled Round 16 match of the inaugural South Sudan Premier League.

Ugandan striker Kiriya Christopher was the star of the match, scoring a stunning five goals, overtaking Al-Merrikh’s Mohamed Musa Al-Dhai to secure the Golden Boot.

With this win, Koryom climbed to 46 points, placing fifth in the league standings. Nile City, however, remained at 5 points, finishing bottom of the table and officially relegated to the First Division along with Young Star Torit.
