Simba beats Kodet in Malakal

Malakal/Alwadi

Simba defeated Kodet by two goals without reply in a match played between the two teams in the first round of this season’s South Sudan Local Cup in Malakal.

The first half of the match ended in a goalless draw. Simba scored both goals in the second half of the match.

The team joins Al-Rabita, Asdiqaa Paris, Al-Hilal, Al-Tadhamun, Young Star, Al-Nidhal, Al-Istiqlal, Super Eagle, Al-Salam and Al-Shabiba in the second round of the tournament.

The first round of the tournament continues today with a match between Ghubar and Al Jil at Malakal Stadium.
