Kator Juba has temporarily reclaimed the top spot in the South Sudan Premier League standings after a dominant 5-1 victory over Young Star Torit in Round 15 of the league. The match took place yesterday afternoon at Juba National Stadium.

Kator had previously led the league standings during the first three rounds of the season.
The scoring opened in the 38th minute when Godian put Kator ahead. Michael Tako then doubled the lead in the second minute of first-half stoppage time.
Just three minutes into the second half, Levi netted Kator’s third goal. Young Star managed to pull one back in the 54th minute through Lado.

David Sabet then restored Kator’s three-goal cushion with a strike in the 60th minute before Victor sealed the emphatic victory with a fifth goal in the 82nd minute.
With this result, Kator climbed to the top of the league standings temporarily with 36 points, While Young Star remained frozen at 10 points in 12th place.
