Viva Star returns to winning ways with victory over Simba

Viva Star won an important victory over Simba with a clean sheet, in the 14th round of the local first division league in Juba, yesterday afternoon at the Buluk Playground.

Viva Star took the lead in the first minute of the first half of the match through James Jada. Allah Douglas added the second goal just before half time.

In the second half, Allah Douglas added his second personal goal and his team’s third. The match ended with Viva Star beating Simba by three goals without reply.

With the result, Viva Star took their tally to 20 points in fourth place, while Simba’s tally stood at 18 points in seventh place in the standings.

Al-Marrikh and Al-Rabita will meet today in a Week 14 match in the afternoon at Buluk Playground.
