Lion Hunters beat Nile City in the league

Juba/ Al Wadi

Lion Hunters Yaye achieved an important victory over Nile City Yambio by three goals to one, in the eighth round of the Premier League.

Lopem scored the first goal for the Lion Hunters in the 14th minute.

In the 70th and 80th minutes, Samuel added two more goals for the Lion Hunters. Before Sadam scored Nile City’s only goal in stoppage time. The match ended with Lion Hunters beating Nile City by three goals to one.

With the result, Lion Hunters raised their tally to 7 points in 10th place. Nile City remain bottom of the table with no points.

Two matches will be played today. The first is between Malakia Juba and Al Salam Aweil at noon. In the second match, Al Merrikh Bentiu and Kator Juba will meet in the afternoon. All matches will be played at the Juba National Stadium.
