Report: Al-Naeim Mubarak Kuol
A mobile court has been established in Tonj North, Warrap State, to address serious cases that have been delayed due to the lack of a judge in the area.
Mobile courts are being organized in several regions of South Sudan with support from the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission (UNMISS), and they handle cases related to murder and rape that cannot be resolved by traditional courts.
One of the key rulings was the release of a suspect who had been detained for a year without trial due to insufficient evidence against him.

Additionally, around 46 similar cases were reviewed in Tonj South over several weeks. This initiative is a step toward strengthening justice in areas far from the capital of Warrap State, witnessing the realization of justice and the establishment of peace and stability, which positively impacts local communities that have long awaited the enforcement of law and justice.
