Simba overcomes Alrabita with Gomez’s goal

Simba secured a hard-fought victory over rivals Al-rabita with a goal in a postponed match between the two teams. The match was played yesterday afternoon at Buluk Playground.

The first half of the match ended in a goalless draw.

Simba’s only goal was scored by Senegalese professional Paul Gomes from the penalty spot in the 72nd minute.

With the result, Simba raised their tally to 18 points in sixth place. The league remains in last place with 7 points.

Today, Viva Star and Rainbow will meet in a postponed match from week 14 of the championship at Buluk Playground.
