Bentiu City pick up their second league win at the expense of Al Hilal

Bentiu City defeated Al Hilal Wau by three goals to one in the match between the two teams. In the fifth round of the league yesterday afternoon at the Juba National Stadium.

Al Hilal scored the first goal of the match through Hamdi in the 26th minute. Addis scored the equaliser for Panteo City in the 41st minute.

In the second half, Tait added the second goal for Bentiu City in the 68th minute. Paul rounded off the scoring for Bentiu City with the third goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time.

With this win, Bwntiu City secured their second win in the competition after three defeats in the league.

With the result, Benty City increased their tally to 6 points and moved up to sixth place. Al Hilal Wau’s tally stands at 4 points in ninth place.

Holly Family Rumbek and Nile City Yambio will meet today in the final match of the fifth round of the league in the afternoon at the Juba National Stadium.
