Arab and European Foreign Ministers in Riyadh Discuss Ways to Support the Syrian People

Meetings to discuss the situation in Syria have begun in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the participation of Arab and Western countries.
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan emphasized the importance of lifting unilateral and international sanctions imposed on Syria.
The meetings included representatives of the new administration, which prioritized dialogue to address challenges and reach understandings with all Syrian parties.

Prince Faisal bin Farhan highlighted the importance of continuing humanitarian and economic support, building Syria’s state capacities for stability, reconstruction, and creating an environment conducive to the return of Syrian refugees.
This marks the first meeting with delegations from Arab and European foreign ministers to discuss developments and explore ways to support the Syrian people.
