SSFA announces full fixtures for the first leg of the Premier League

The South Sudan Football Association (SSFA) announced yesterday, Monday. The first leg of the South Sudan Premier League, starting from the fourth round to the thirteenth round of the competition.

The SSSFA announced the scheduling of the fixtures in a letter addressed to the secretaries of the clubs participating in the tournament. The letter was signed by the secretary of the federation.

The new fixtures include two matches per day. The first match will be played at 1:45pm, while the second match will be played at 4pm. All matches will be played at the Juba National Stadium.

Al Merrikh Bentiu and Lion Hunters Yei will kick off the fourth round of the tournament on Thursday 16 January at 1:45pm, while Al Malakia Juba and Jamus Juba will meet in the second match at 4pm at the Juba National Stadium.

The first leg of the league will conclude on 24 February 2025, with Lion Hunters Yei and Wajuma Aweil playing at 4pm at the Juba National Stadium.

The new fixtures are not yet to be announced for the two postponed matches in the first round of the competition between Olympic Renk and Holy Family Rumbek. Al Hilal Wau and Nile City Yambio.

It is worth mentioning that Kator Juba tops the Premier League table with 9 points and a goal difference from Koryom Bor. Nile City Yambio are in the fourteenth and final position in the standings with no points, with Olympic Renk in front of him. Both have a game in hand.
