Al Hilal draw with Munuki in Konyokonyo League

Al Hilal and Munuki were held to a goalless draw yesterday afternoon at the Buluk Playground. In a postponed match from the fourth week of the local first division league in Juba for the 2024-2025 season.

Munuki took the lead in the 34th minute through Ugandan professional Faizo. Al Hilal equalised through James four minutes before half-time.

Al Hilal goalkeeper Wadeng was awarded the Man of the Match award for his outstanding performance in the game, making a number of brilliant saves to deny Munuki’s dangerous shots.

With this draw, Munuki raised their tally to 18 points in fifth place in the table. Al Hilal moved up to seventh place with 14 points.

The championship continues today with a match between Rabita and Citizen in the final match of the 15th week of the league.
