The draw will take place in mid-January at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre in Nairobi, the statement said, adding: ‘Many of the strongest nations in African football will take part in the tournament, including defending champions Senegal, who beat Algeria, hosts of the 2022 edition, in the final in Algiers three years ago to win the title for the first time.
