Bentiu City secured their first win of the tournament at the expense of Olympic Renk with a 2-0 victory. The match was played in the second round of the South Sudan Premier League yesterday afternoon at Juba National Stadium.

Olympic’s defender scored an OG to give Bentiu City the lead in the first half.
Bentiu City’s lead lasted until added time, when Kuol added a second goal to his side’s lead. The referee blew the final whistle as Bentiu City defeated Olympic Renk by two goals to nil.

Bentiu City picked up their first three points of the tournament. Olympic remain without points after one game.

The second round of the tournament continues today with a game between Holly Family Rumbek and Lion Hunters Yei in the afternoon at the Juba National Stadium.
