The Minister of Information, Communications, and Technology in Unity State, Engineer Garwich Bipal, visited Mayom County to evaluate the quality of communication network services in the area.
The minister listened to the opinions of the local community and discussed initiatives to improve communication services and primary healthcare.
Accompanying Minister Bipal on this visit was the Director General of the State Ministry of Health, Dr. John Mut Bol, who inspected health centers and the medical services provided to citizens. He also assessed public health conditions, environmental health, and the most common diseases among the county’s residents.
In a statement to the media from Mayom, Engineer Bipal reaffirmed the Unity State government’s commitment to enhancing technological infrastructure to ensure citizens have access to information.
This visit marks an important step in fostering collaboration between different government sectors and identifying ways to address the needs of Mayom County’s residents.
