Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Akuei Bona Malual, held a productive diplomatic meeting with Ms. Walburga Roos, Head of the Swiss Cooperation Office and Consulate Agency, accompanied by her delegation. The meeting took place as part of ongoing efforts to enhance relations between the Republic of South Sudan and the Swiss Confederation.
The discussions focused on ways to deepen bilateral cooperation, particularly through expanding joint communication initiatives, capacity-building via exchange visits, and ensuring the sustainability of jointly funded projects aimed at promoting sustainable development.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continuing constructive dialogue and strengthening their partnership in alignment with shared priorities, ultimately benefiting the peoples of both nations.
This meeting comes within the broader diplomatic efforts of South Sudan to solidify its international relations and broaden its cooperation with global partners across various sectors.
