Aluk Lual Leads Wajuma to a 5-0 Rout Over Young Star

Wajuma Aweil continued their positive run in the South Sudan Premier League, securing their third consecutive win since the start of the second half of the season. They thrashed their rivals Young Star Torit 5-0 in the 18th round of the league yesterday afternoon at Juba National Stadium.

Star player Aluk Lual led his team to a commanding victory with a hat-trick, while Makweth and Sabri netted the other two goals.

As a result, Wajuma raised their tally to 28 points, placing them fifth in the standings. Young Star remains second from bottom with 10 points.

Salam Draws with Al-Malakia

The match between Salam Wau and Malakia Juba ended in a 2-2 draw in the same round. Salam moved up to 21 points, placing them eighth. Meanwhile, Malakia now has 28 points, sitting in sixth place.

Kator Crushes Lion Hunters 5-1

Kator Juba secured a massive 5-1 victory over Lion Hunters Yei in the final match of the 17th round of the league.

Kator’s goals were scored by David Sabat (two goals), Michael, Osama (penalty), and Victor. Lion Hunters’ only goal came from Henry Mawa.

This result put Kator at the top of the table with 42 points, while Lion Hunters remain in 11th place with 11 points.

Today’s Matches – Round 18

Today, Olympic Renk will face Lion Hunters Yei in the first match at noon at Juba National Stadium. In the second game of the day, Hilal Wau will take on Holy Family Rumbek in the afternoon at the same venue.
