Atlabara Extends Lead at the Top with Victory Over Al-Rabita

League leaders Atlabara extended their lead over closest rivals Munuki to five points after securing a 2-0 victory against bottom-placed Al-Rabita in a match played yesterday afternoon at Buluk Playground as part of the 15th round of the local first-division league in Juba this season.

Atlabara’s goals were scored by Bariguara Ema in the 49th minute and Kiir Mongar in the 75th minute.

Al-Rabita finished the match with two players down after the referee showed red cards to the team’s goalkeeper and a defender shortly before the end of the game.

With this win, Atlabara now sits alone at the top of the table with 33 points, while Al-Rabita remains at the bottom with just 8 points.

Buluk Playground will also host another match this afternoon between Al-Hilal and Simba as part of the 15th round of the league.
