Juba: Al-Naeim Mubarak Kol
The R.Hon.Speaker of the Transitional National Legislative Assembly, Jemma Nuno Komba, along with some members of the Assembly leadership, visited the headquarters of GPOC in Juba to offer condolences to the management and colleagues of the victims of the plane crash in Unity State.
the visit was intended to express condolences, listen to their grief, and stand by them during this difficult and painful moment. She emphasized that the loss has left a deep wound in the hearts of the people of South Sudan and the families of the victims. Komba stated that
the dedication and service of the victims will never be forgotten, and she wished that their families and colleagues find strength in their faith and acceptance of God’s will. Nuno added that
It is worth noting that the plane crash in Unity State deeply saddened the people of South Sudan and claimed the lives of 20 dedicated engineers from GPOC, a company working in the oil fields of Unity State. The tragedy left a significant loss, shock, and profound sorrow across the entire nation.
