Munuki moves up the rankings with win over Gudele

Munuki team won an important victory over their rivals Gudele team with two goals without reply, in the match held between them yesterday afternoon at the Buluk Playground. In the 15th week of the local first division league in Juba.

The first half of the match ended with Munuki taking the lead through Joseph’s first goal in the 34th minute.

In the second half, Munuki’s Ugandan striker added a second goal in the 75th minute. The referee announced the end of the match with Munuki beating Gudili with two clean goals.

With this result, Munuki moved up to second place with 24 points. Gudele’s tally stands at 10 points in the eleventh position in the table.

Simba and Viva Star will meet today in a postponed match from week six of the competition, this afternoon at Buluk Playground.
