Report: Al-Naeim Mubarak Kuol
Several areas in South Sudan have witnessed an outbreak of cholera. The National Ministry of Health, alongside its international and local partners, has made significant efforts to assist health authorities in combating this deadly epidemic.
The United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in South Sudan, through its South Korean contingent in Bor, the capital of Jonglei State, delivered a variety of medical supplies to the city’s main hospital.
The supplies included soap, blankets, quilts, and IV fluids to help treat those affected by this contagious and fast-spreading disease.

The hospital administration received the supplies and expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the UN mission for this contribution, which will greatly aid patients in dire need of such assistance.
