

Juba: Al-Naeim Mubarak Kuol
The South Sudanese delegation that participated in the UN-Kuwait-Tajikistan Conference on Combating Terrorism and Strengthening Border Protection Mechanisms in Kuwait has returned home.
Minister Goc told the media at Juba International Airport that the delegation, headed by the Presidential Advisor for Security Affairs Tut Gatluak, included Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management Albino Akol.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramadan Mohamed Abdullah Goc said South Sudan is at this global forum and reflects South Sudan’s experience in border protection, highlighting the recent memorandum of understanding signed by the government with neighboring countries.

On the sidelines of the conference, Goc held a series of side meetings with Kuwaiti institutions, including the Kuwait Development Fund.
The discussions focused on potential development projects in South Sudan, and stressed the mutual commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and exploring means of development cooperation between South Sudan and Kuwait
