The new company aims to provide affordable and sustainable housing and infrastructure solutions that contribute to improving citizens\u2019 lives and meeting their needs across the country.
In his speech during the inauguration ceremony, the Vice President emphasized that this step aligns with the vision of His Excellency President Salva Kiir Mayardit, which seeks to enhance access to basic social services, especially education and healthcare.

For his part, Mr. Henok Tekle,vice presidentanager of SPECO, said that the company represents a qualitative addition to South Sudan\u2019s construction sector, noting that it will create job opportunities for youth and promote innovation in sustainable housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He explained that the company relies on modern EPS panel technology, known for its high cost efficiency, durability, and environmental sustainability, and widely used in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
According to the project organizers, SPECO is expected to contribute to urban development in the country and support the government\u2019s efforts to improve living standards and provide suitable housing for citizens.
