The act comes as a result of <strong>impassable roads<\/strong> that prevent vehicles and ambulances from accessing the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to a report published by <strong>Aweil News Agency<\/strong>, the region suffers from <strong>severe infrastructure decay<\/strong> and limited health services. It is served by <strong>only one Primary Health Care Center (PHCC)<\/strong> located in <strong>Akhac<\/strong>, leaving hundreds of families without access to basic medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Martin Kuel<\/strong>, a local resident, described the situation as \u201ctragic,\u201d citing the death of <strong>Madam Kuei Wek Deng Yai<\/strong>, who passed away at the <strong>Malek-alel PHCC<\/strong>. Due to the absence of accessible roads, her family had no choice but to <strong>walk long distances through rough terrain<\/strong> while carrying her body to its final resting place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are completely cut off from the rest of the state because of poor roads,\u201d Kuel told the agency. \u201cEvery emergency, whether a death or a medical case, becomes a struggle. We urgently call on the government to intervene.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuel appealed to both the <strong>state and national governments<\/strong> to address the residents\u2019 suffering by constructing roads that connect the area to nearby health facilities and essential services. He stressed that <strong>improving infrastructure is not a luxury but a life-saving necessity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The region, home to <strong>farming and pastoralist communities<\/strong>, has long been marginalized in development efforts.
