He said that experience inspired him to contribute more meaningfully, particularly in the field of music education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chameleone directed his appeal to <strong>Western Equatoria\u2019s Acting Governor, Daniel Badagbu Rimbasa<\/strong>, urging the state to allocate land for the envisioned academy. He added:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cMy goal is to see Western Equatoria produce professional musicians and producers who are admired even in Juba.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>He also called for <strong>unity among African peoples<\/strong>, saying:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cWe are not only Ugandans and South Sudanese \u2014 we are Africans. Let\u2019s push Africa forward together.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Widespread Support and Community Backing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chameleone\u2019s proposal received warm praise from <strong>local artists and community leaders<\/strong> in Western Equatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local singer <strong>Young Sugar Daddy<\/strong>, also known as <strong>Bebe Wine<\/strong>, voiced his full support, stating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cDr. Jose Chameleone is an African icon \u2014 every child knows him. His initiative inspires the music industry, not just in Western Equatoria but across the nation.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Local female artist <strong>Tasha K<\/strong>, who began her musical journey in Yambio, described the visit as <strong>historic<\/strong>, saying:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cHaving the Mayanja family in Western Equatoria is unprecedented. It\u2019s a special moment for us as we celebrate Independence Day. I am honored to stand beside a legendary artist.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>For his part, <strong>Azande King Atoroba Peni Rikito Gbudue<\/strong> encouraged Chameleone to act as a <strong>cultural ambassador<\/strong> for the kingdom, urging him to collaborate with and mentor local artists:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cCan you help raise the standard of our musicians so they can reach your level, not only within the Azande Kingdom but beyond?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Governor <strong>Rimbasa<\/strong> also praised Chameleone\u2019s dedication to youth empowerment, emphasizing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cWestern Equatoria is full of talent. Our youth need support, exposure, and guidance.
