The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Akuei Bona Malwal, held a briefing meeting with Bemanya Twebanze, the Director General of the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting focused on the importance of South Sudan\u2019s potential membership in the organization, as well as the establishment of an ARIPO office in Juba to enhance the protection and management of intellectual property rights within the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both parties emphasized their commitment to strengthening relations and cooperation to ensure South Sudan benefits from expertise and support in the field of intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
