Ater, met with the Japanese Ambassador, Odagiri Toshio, and discussed the progress of Japanese projects implemented by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in South Sudan.<br>Minister Dongrin praised the quality of Japanese projects such as the Juba Freedom Bridge, the Juba Water Management System, Juba River Port, and numerous institutional capacity development projects during times of critical need.<br>He assured the Japanese Ambassador of the South Sudanese government\u2019s commitment to facilitating a conducive environment to enable the Japan International
