The Inspector General of Police, Gen. Abraham Manyuat Peter, has issued a directive implementing a reshuffle involving five senior police officers, as part of a limited leadership restructuring that took immediate effect.

According to the decision, Maj. Gen. James Monday Enoka has been appointed as the official spokesperson of the police after being transferred from the Directorate of Human Resources Development to the Directorate of Information. The reshuffle also includes the transfer of Col. John Kasarra Koang to the Directorate of Human Resources Development, as part of efforts to reassign roles and strengthen institutional performance within the police force.

This move comes in line with the police leadership’s broader strategy to enhance operational and administrative efficiency in response to evolving security challenges.
